can't connect

I give permission to access my cam/mic in the first Adobe box.
But no box pops up to activate the cam after that.
Can't see any cams...can't turn on my cam...number of users is blank.
Start button won't do anything.
I've allowed cookies.
It's like looking at a dead site.
Chatrandom works just fine.
Anyone else have this problem?
